agency scores versus national benchmark/achievement scores. This webinar will describe
how to locate your agency’s IPR report. A sample IPR report will be reviewed to
explore interpretation of the findings and to identify the next steps in your
VBP program planning. Using the QAPI program as a basis for process improvement,
this session will explain how to choose improvement outcomes and review several
case scenarios for performance improvement projects.
