You’ll learn about how to document and complete a proper F2F that supports
decline and terminality. This webinar will especially benefit those new to
their role as hospice medical director.
AFTER THIS
WEBINAR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:
- Identify current regulatory guidelines related to medical directors, physicians, NPs, PAs, and IDTs
- Define the physician certification of terminal illness (CTI) narrative components
- Discuss how to avoid common CTI errors
- Realize the value in utilizing local coverage determinations (LCDs) in assessment, congruent documentation, and eligibility
- Distinguish the technical versus clinical requirements of medical hospice eligibility
WEBINAR DETAILS
Part 1 of this five-part Medicare compliance series
