Victoria Barron

Victoria Barron is a registered nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) in December 2021 as a Clinical Consultant. As a member of the HPS Clinical Consulting team, she provides support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies nationwide, helping them achieve and maintain regulatory compliance.

With more than 40 years of nursing and healthcare experience, the majority of Victoria's career has been dedicated to home-based services, including home health, hospice, home care, and home infusion. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles.

In home health and hospice, Victoria has worked as an agency administrator, interim administrator, clinical director, surveyor, mock surveyor, QAPI team member, and consultant. In private duty care, she served as an agency administrator, and in home infusion, she held roles as both a marketing director and infusion registered nurse.

Victoria is a licensed multistate registered nurse and is ACHC- and CHAP-certified as a hospice and home health consultant.

Melinda A. Gaboury and D. Mark Cannon, CPA, founded Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) in April 2001 to provide consulting, education, and operational support to the home care and hospice industries. 

Today, HPS serves healthcare organizations nationwide, including U.S. territories, through a team of seasoned professionals. Its core services include home care and hospice billing and collections, accounts receivable collection projects, outsourced coding, clinical compliance chart reviews, operational reviews, and professional education through seminars and webinars.
