Post-Agency Survey Corrective Action Steps: Where Do You Start?

This session will take attendees through the next steps starting from initial preliminary findings through final submission of the plan of correction. We will review how to write a plan of correction with examples, including timeframes to address corrections, a monitoring plan with measurable goals and interventions, and who is responsible for all ongoing monitoring. The intent of this presentation is to help agencies turn their nerves into effective, doable, and focused corrective action items for a positive survey outcome.
