Biography
Paul R. Keane, JD, is a
malpractice defense attorney and President at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy and
Kenney in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 1980, he has represented physicians,
nurses and other medical professionals in more than 100 civil jury trials. Paul
has lectured for many organizations and associations, including the National
Institute of Trial Advocacy, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the
Massachusetts Institute of Trial Advocacy, the Massachusetts Continuing Legal
Education Foundation, and the Suffolk University Law School. Paul co-presents
with his sister-in-law and expert speaker Susan Keane Baker.
