Akaiah is our Executive Assistant, joining FinEd in 2024. With a diverse background in customer service, sales, and banking, she has a passion for forging and maintaining personal connections. Akaiah prioritizes peerless customer service and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Specializing in providing strategic administrative support, Akaiah excels in managing complex scheduling, coordinating key projects, and facilitating communication between the team and our partners. She is dedicated to providing support by ensuring operation efficiency and providing thorough assistance that helps enable our company to meet its mission of empowering individuals and organizations by supplying high-quality industry-critical knowledge.

Outside of work, Akaiah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her boyfriend Colemyn, and taking dogs that are way too big for a kayak out on kayaking adventures. Having grown up in Montana, Akaiah has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and can be found doing anything from horseback riding in the Bob Marshall Wilderness to ice skating on Seeley Lake. She also works as a freelance illustrator and concept artist, specializing in both traditional mediums and pen and ink to bring her love of the written word to life.
