About Us
The Home Care Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire is a non-profit organization supporting licensed agencies delivering home health and hospice care across the state. Formed in 2018 through a merger, the Alliance promotes high-quality, home-based health services, with more than 40 provider members and numerous affiliates offering products and services. Members benefit from education, advocacy, and resources to enhance care for patients and communities.
