2017 Frontline Supervisor Series
Two webinars for hospice personnel!
The frontline clinical supervisor has one of the toughest positions in any hospice. Supervisors have tremendous impact on the flow of day-to-day hospice operations and direct influence over the quality of care provided to patients and families. It's a big job! This two-part webinar series will explore the responsibilities, dissect perennially challenging areas, and assist supervisors as they chart their professional growth. Although both sessions will have material specific to managing the interdisciplinary team, the webinars will be useful and applicable to all supervisors within a hospice.
You may register for one or both sessions.

One definition of management is getting work done through the efforts of others. Do you agree? This webinar will cover coaching staff and managing performance – key responsibilities for frontline clinical supervisors. This is often a challenge for both new and seasoned managers. This presentation will delve into the work of Ferdinand Fournies, author of Coaching for Improved Work Performance, to see how it applies to hospices.
