2017 Survey Series

A series of 3 webinars for hospice personnel!

Are you confident your agency can withstand surveyor or auditor scrutiny? Hospices have been subject to regulatory inquiry for several years. But CMS/state and accreditation surveys have intensified in length and specificity, leading to more deficiency citations, including condition-level deficiencies, which can jeopardize an agency's Medicare certification. The timeframe to achieve compliance is short!

This series will review the types of surveys and audits, the most common deficiencies, and the clinician assessment and documentation required for Medicare, COPs, accreditation, and ICD-10 compliance. Is the outcome of your next survey uncertain? Join us to learn how to assess regulatory compliance through continued survey readiness.

You may register for the entire series or for individual sessions.
