2017 Compliance Series

A series of 4 webinars for hospice personnel!

Note: If you are interested in live webinars or other registration options, please call 406.442.2585.

Regulatory changes are coming faster and faster, and there's no reason to expect a slower pace. However, there's an effective strategy to help hospices stay ahead of the curve – establish a comprehensive compliance framework. This very achievable, agency-wide initiative leads to higher quality care for patients and their families.

Regardless of whether your hospice is establishing a new compliance program or reviving a slightly outdated one, this four-part series will provide the knowledge, tools, and approaches that lead to success. For programs with a mature compliance structure, the series is also a great introduction to the overall framework for new leadership, compliance, and QAPI staff members. You'll be amazed at what can happen with this excellent project for a cross-agency team.

You may register for the entire series or for individual sessions.

This wrap-up session explores the annual review – how and what to measure, how to identify course corrections, and how to celebrate successes. It will also address meeting the challenge of staying current and how success of the compliance program can be impacted – negatively or positively – by individual performance.
