He was also the Director of Marketing & Market Planning at Avon Products – Foster Medical, and Market Manager at General Electric. His experience encompasses operations, marketing, strategic planning, and general management. Rich holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Lehigh University.
